* Basic Service
This includes all of the services provided for in the Lawn Mowing description below.

* Gold Service
This includes both the Lawn Mowing and Spring/Fall Cleanup descriptions below.

Lawn Mowing
Mow all lawn areas; trim obstacles, clear grass clippings from walks, beds and drives after each mowing. Lawn mowing is scheduled to begin the week of April 14th or as needed. Mowing will occur once a week and continue for the length of the season unless homeowner makes other arrangements. All concrete walks, drives and curbs will be edged once a month. The homeowner at an additional cost outside of the contract can request additional edgings.

Spring & Fall Cleanups
Provide both a spring and fall cleanup of grounds to include the blowing and collection of leaves from all lawn areas, beds and paved areas. Fall cleanups are to be completed during and after the final drop. In spring, all lawns and beds are to be cleaned to remove fallen branches and any trash accumulated during the winter.

General Cleaning
At each lawn visit, we will remove any trash and debris that has accumulated on the lawn.

Optional Services

Pruning Shrubs
All shrubs, bushes and ornamental plantings will be pruned and shaped as is appropriate to the plant species. Cut materials will be disposed of off site.

Mulching of Beds
All shrub beds that are to receive a renewal coating of mulch will be installed at a depth of 2 inches, unless another arrangement has been made with the homeowner.

Edging of Beds
A hand edging of all shrub beds on the property will be accomplished prior to the installation of mulch in beds, unless plastic or aluminum edging already exists.

Tree Pruning
All ornamental trees are to be trimmed and pruned upon request by the homeowner at a time appropriate to the species. Cuttings will be collected and disposed of off site.
